The quest for investable companies in humanoid robotics proves challenging, as there are >150 players crowding every section of the supply chain (link), and the list keeps growing by the month. This indicates low barrier to entry. The important question, however, is not “barrier to entry” but “room for differentiation”– in this magnificent place called humanoid robotics, it is easy to enter the door, but through that door is a room with a very high ceiling.
